This new, expansive city block complex is just across from the Coors Field ballpark in Denver, so of course it had to be named McGregor Square in honor of the Colorado Rockies late president, Keli McGregor. This future-thinking development has a for-sale condominium building, hotel, offices, and an 80 X 20-foot viewing screen in a public plaza with restaurants and a food hall. It rivals the developments at ballpark districts across the nation. In the heart of two great Denver neighborhoods – Union Station and historic Lower Downtown – there is dining, retail, cultural organizations, sports, parks, and transit within walking distance. The residences have a private club, sky bridge to a roof deck pool with views, concierge service, and premier interior finishes. Our approach was to create informational brochures that appear tailormade that they echo the luxurious feel that these residences embody. Divided into three, there is a booklet for the neighborhood, residences as well as lifestyle. Allowing prospective buyers to flip through beautiful images and information of the residences and the surrounding Denver area. Buyers received a case with a series of books that were delivered in a custom made bag. The strategy and entire campaign also deliver on the multitude of luxuries and experiences available at this unique residential development.
