Applied Underwriters was a provider of Workers’ Compensation insurance and employment services, including payroll. The previous corporate site, built years ago, didn’t reflect the brand’s growth and needed an update. Beyond the rebrand the site would need to support new services and challenges of reaching a global audience. Along with this change, came the need to launch carrier, business and product microsites. Since the update of the website there has been a 70% increase in monthly users. Development of the Experience section allows for a unique, interactive story telling. The development of the headless CMS platform improved web development by 200%, and allows Brand/Product Managers to maintain their own websites, including look and feel. The system has created an efficient way to market new, broader offerings via microsites, as our products, services and audiences grow.
