Utopian City Planning - Soviet Modernism

by Osaka University of Arts

The motifs and letters found in architecture are fused to create a new order of typography. Soviet modernist architecture is steadily disappearing with the dismantling of the Soviet Union. Aside from politics, I think it should be recorded as a symbol of an era. while this poster is a visual experiment, it also aims to record the culture of an era. Speaking of "clarity" and "asymmetry" at the core of [Neue Typografie], This project would be "random". The "random" is a shortcut that frees from the shackles of the grid system, and is the most effective way to combine functionality with the fun of modeling.
