As part of the last project of a class we were assigned a branding competition against one of our classmates. My rival and I were assigned Sake House, a Japanese Restaurant located in Main street Blacksburg, Virginia, US.
Sake House serves traditional south Japanese cuisine with some modern Americanized plates. Its target market is Virginia Tech students, but they welcome everyone. Rebranding Sake House will need to be simple, traditional, modern, unique, and family focused.
