The Textile Alphabet book was inspired by fat face letterform, a serif typeface with a bold design. The fat face typeface was widely used in the nineteenth century with lines, patterns, and decoration. Today, san serif typefaces are prevalent to convey simplicity and modernity. Each alphabet was stitched with multiple fabrics to spark creativity and imagination.
