Students in the Graphic Design and Journalism programs at Columbia College Chicago collaborate to create from inception to completion a four-color magazine in a single semester. Students design the publication, write and edit all stories, create or assign all photos and illustrations, while copy editing, fact checking and proofreading all pages; and send the magazine out to the printer. A professionally printed magazine with a print run of 3,000 that is distributed throughout Chicago.
